Located adjacent to our head office, EPON GOLF Co., Ltd. is involved in the planning, development, and sales of golf clubs. We are committed not only to functionality but also to beauty of form, in pursuit of creating genuine tools that allow users to share an emotional experience with the manufacturer. Backed by the technical skills of Endo Manufacturing, which has supplied many golf club heads to top brands as an OEM, we have established strict quality control and a unique development process. We produce products that are extremely popular with golfers inside and outside Japan.

The company name “EPON” is meant to suggest “epoch-making, or marking a new era” and resonates with Endo Manufacturing’s catchphrase, “Creating a future without limits.” The workshop is located adjacent to the company, allowing for close cooperation among development staff, which in turn allows for an even higher level of manufacturing.

Nichia Forging Co., Ltd. has established an integrated production system covering everything from mold design and fabrication to forging processing, heat treatment, and quality inspections, and provides highly difficult forgings such as stainless steel alloy steel and Stellite alloy steel. We make full use of a 16-ton air hammer, one of the largest in the industry, to produce large forgings for turbine parts, construction machinery parts, railroad parts, and other applications.

The company joined the Endo Manufacturing Group on February 3, 2025. As Endo Manufacturing’s forging base in Japan, it aims to meet domestic demand and expand our product range. Synergistic effects are also expected, such as improving technical skills and developing new manufacturing methods through sharing information between Japan and Thailand.

Sevensix Inc. was established in 2007 as a trading company specializing in the import and export of optical components, and established a new Engineering Department in 2014. It is a group of optical technology professionals involved in in-house development utilizing advanced optical technology, such as laser light sources and 3D measurement systems.

In March 2021, a cooperative structure was established through the acquisition of shares in Sevensix Inc. As the first step in this collaboration, we began automating the inspection process for golf club heads. We developed Spector, an automatic inspection system with high precision and high repeatability using a non-contact laser, for use in highly difficult inspections that would normally require skilled techniques. We have established mass production technology that results in consistent product quality, efficient processes, and excellent reproducibility.
We will continue to work with advanced optical technology to promote the development of high-precision solutions to unresolved issues.

ENDO THAI CO., LTD. is our base for processing golf club head products to meet the diverse needs of various manufacturers.
In cooperation with ENDO FORGING, which manufactures forged golf club heads, we provide integrated services covering everything from post-forging processing work to MC processing (CNC cutting), welding, polishing, plating, finishing, and packaging.

In addition to machining centers, we have a range of equipment installed, including a TIG welding machine, buffing line, Ni/Cr plating line, laser marking equipment, and X-ray inspection equipment, in order to support mass production and ensure quality.

ENDO FORGING (THAILAND) CO., LTD., our core base for producing forgings, is equipped with both air hammer forging and press forging lines. This manufacturing base specializes in small-to-medium forged parts in the 50 g to 4 kg class for automobiles, two-wheeled vehicles, agricultural machinery, and golf club heads.

The premises also features a mold plant that handles everything from mold design to processing, and makes full use of high-precision machining centers, wire cutters, electric discharge machines, and other equipment to supply high-precision molds with short delivery times. We also have a full lineup of pre- and post-processing equipment for use in processes including cutting, coining, and shot blasting, allowing us to complete the entire forging process in an integrated manner.

We also have a spacious inspection area, and have installed magnetic particle inspection equipment, 3D measuring equipment, and surface roughness and contour measuring devices. We have established a strict quality assurance system that is trusted internationally. This makes ENDO FORGING (THAILAND) an important base for supplying high-precision forged products of high reliability worldwide.

ENDO METAL SLEEVE (THAILAND) CO., LTD., our base for manufacturing Metal Sleeve products, forms and processes high-precision thin seamless sleeves from cup shapes, based on our unique spinning technology. Our system is capable of completing all processes in-house, from press forming from disc materials to spinning, cutting and grinding, cleaning and shot processing, and inspection and packaging, allowing us to meet a wide range of needs, including high-mix production, high-precision parts, and short delivery times.

Thanks to our efficient production lines and thorough quality control, we are ISO 9001 certified and are able to provide a stable supply of high-quality products. We provide products that combine functionality and quality to a wide range of industries, including the automobile, two-wheeled vehicle, and construction machinery fields.
