Endo Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and EPON GOLF Co., Ltd. (“Endo Group”) fully understand the importance of protecting personal information received from all of related persons including our customers, and Endo Group observe the Japan Act on the Protection of Personal Information and government guidelines relating to privacy protection. Endo Group have designed the Endo Manufacturing Group Privacy Policy to explain how we realize the reliable protection of personal information and how we provide you a sustainable security.

In handling personal information used on our business including our employees’ personal information, Endo Group will comply with laws related to the protection of personal information, government guidelines, and other regulations in Japan.

Endo Group will specify the purpose of acquisition and use of such personal information. Those information will not be used beyond the extent of necessity to achieve such specified purpose (unintended use).

Endo Group will not provide your personal information to any third party without your advance consent, except where such disclosure:

･Is in accordance with or required by applicable law,

･Is necessary for the protection of rights and interests including the safety or property of customers.

In the event of a disclosure of personal information to such third parties upon your consent, we will make an arrangement with such third parties regarding the handling of personal information to ensure the security of such personal information.

In the event that Endo Group receive inquiries or complaints regarding our handling of personal information, we will immediately conduct a factual investigation and deal with such matters within a reasonable period.

Endo Group will endeavor to protect the personal information we received from improper disclosure, loss or damage by establishing organizational, human, physical and technical security measures to manage the personal information appropriately.

Endo Group will continuously review its privacy protection management system to enhance personal information management with a consideration of social and environmental changes.

Endo Group will change the Policy at its discretion. In cases where any changes to the Policy is required by Personal Information Protection Law or other laws, Endo Group will amend the Policy in accordance with such law. In the case Endo Group make any changes to the Policy, we will notify the effective date of the amended policy and the detail of changes to users by the following means:

(1) Notification at Endo Group’s website

(2) Individual notification to users

(3) Any appropriate means other than above
