Endo Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and EPON GOLF Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Group”) have established the Endo Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Group Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) to recognize the importance of protecting the personal information of our customers and all other individuals who provide personal information to the Group, to comply with laws and guidelines established by government agencies regarding the protection of personal information, and to provide continuous peace of mind by ensuring the protection of personal information.

The Group shall not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual, except in special circumstances, such as when required by laws and regulations or when deemed necessary to protect the rights and interests of people, including lives and property. In the event that personal information is disclosed or provided to a third party, even with consent, arrangements shall be made with the third party regarding the handling of personal information and all possible measures will be taken to protect personal information.

If a complaint or consultation regarding the handling of personal information is received, the Group shall promptly investigate the facts of the matter and respond in good faith within a reasonable period of time.

In order to properly manage acquired personal information, the Group shall take organizational, personnel-based, physical, and technical safety measures, and shall work to prevent or address leakage, loss or damage of personal information.

In light of changes in social conditions and the environment, the Group shall continuously review its personal information protection management system and improve its efforts to protect personal information.

The Group reserves the right to revise this Policy based on the discretion of the Group. However, in cases where laws protecting personal information or other laws and regulations stipulate the necessary procedures for revision, any revisions shall be made in accordance with such laws and regulations.
In the event that any revisions are made to this Policy, the Group shall inform users of the effective date and content of the revised version of this Policy in the following manner.
